I had a different Music Monday lined up, but I heard if over this uber hot weekend at a bbq I was at and was reminded that it was and still is a tune. Back in the day when I thought Kano was the best to do it ( Don't lie, you did too) I hope he find's his form again because right now he's reminding me of  Wayne Rooney's World Cup performance....POOR.

Pics and Shi* ....A Day With Digital Dropout

The other day @Digitaldropout asked me to help out with one of his shoots, and me being the kind and helpful person that I am of course obliged. 

If your not familiar with Digitaldropout aka James, he's the guy responsible for most of the sick Video Effects that you see on a lot of the UK scene music video's that grace your screen. All the effects in Scorchers "I know" and Chipmunks "Beast," he can take credit for. Though recently he's moved onto directing music videos, one of his most notable being JME's and Tempz "CD is Dead," which wasn't too shabby, I lie?

This time he was directing Lay Z's Solar System video. It's a good tune still.

They day was pretty chilled out, it wasn't a big shoot with models in swimsuits getting champs poured all over them * disappointed face* (My day will come). It was just green screen with a lot of performance shots. So all I pretty much did was press play on the PA system, sit around, eat pizza and catch jokes with the stylist and make up artist, who were as cool as you like.

The Nice Guys, they're a new Hip Hop group I've just found, this is their first video from their first EP, The Green Room EP (FreeDL). The Video reminds me of something The Roots did a while back, and I'm not trying to say that they've been biting styles and lack creativity, I'm #justsaying.

I've been hearing a lot of noise 'bout this Vado brutha running with Killa Camron for some time. Jae Millz was shouting about the injustice of Vado not making it onto the the XXL Freshmen 10 a while back.

I didn't really give a shi* because I don't rate Millz like that.

However I watched his "Large on the Streets," video and was slightly impressed. Now I've just heard his new joint "Polo," which has left me thinking maybe if Big Sean could make it onto the Freshman 10 cover why couldn't this guy.

Tiron - MSTRD (Mixtape)

Tiron a Los Angeles MC you could say in the mould of Pac Div and Blu. By this I'm not claiming that he's biting styles and what not, but more that his ryhmes revolve around everyday life, not guns, money,drugs and Bi*ches. I've picked up what is his 3rd Mixtape MSTRD and he stays away from that good 'ol ignorant shi*.

I'm feeling this 10 track FreEP from Tiron, I've spotted his name on a few PAC DIV features (remember "Paper,") and he seems to have quite a following. By no means is he one the most lyrically blessed spitters, but the bars are heart felt,beats  are beyond on point and you can relate to his song concepts.

My favourite joints are "The Richers," and "For Your Smile."

The wonder brutha HNW_Kwamz was telling me how Thank Me Later  leaking "only," two weeks before its release date is an achievement. I can kinda see where he is coming from, because these days these mixtape hackers are going to new lengths to get us unreleased music, and I'm not complaining one bit. Drake took it gracefully stating that he'd been giving away music for free for years so its all good, probably because he knows that TML is going to fly off the shelves regardless and Universal leaked around half  the album joints in the first place.

I don't know if I'm going to cop or get the leak, even though Drizzy is my nucca, I love free shi*.

This is meant to hold you lot down till then, I've heard a couple leaks from this tape, but I got's to say the strongest (for me) is Flying Kites. So obviously I've posted it for all of ya.
