Hi Tek and Talib kweli are reunited for  a new album on a reflection eternal kinda vibe, they even recruited that new boy J Cole and Black Dante Mos Def, to flow all over this Hi-tek instrumental. The album is said to be in the pipeline for Febuary 2010, my days its going to be good, im all over stuff like this, if i hear Hi-Tek I'm  down, you should be too.

Christmas Cracka Pt 2. Tinie Tempah-Pass Out

Tiiiiiiinnieee! Mr Tempah who recently signed to Parlophone who have had the likes of Kylie Minogue, Lily Allen, Tina Turner and Gorillaz on their Books has just pushed out this video "Pass Out," when i first was told about it i thought it was going to be an attempt to make  Dizzy'esque Bonkers kinda tune. I wasnt too wrong. though i do like it to a degree (the drum and bassyness of it has grown on me), but it sounds like the type of song Tinie would make as hes always been a quirky brother.  The video which seems to have a decent budget behind it at this stage seems to be promotional, but i hear his Major debut is set for 2010 summer.
Check out all the grime cameo's near the end..who can you lot spot.

But check out these jeans, Levi's have cooked up this tasty pair of denim whilst sharing a kitchen with the trainer dudes over at new balance, but i doubt how many times i raid the back of the sofa, ill never be able to find let alone buy a pair as there are only ten world wide.

Apologies Apologies...This Post is way way way over due and as this definately is something to wet your musical taste buds to.

Hailing from New Jersey Freaky John P has definately been putting the work in over there canvassing the college campusses and building a nice little reputation for himself. There isn't an overload of material on the record, but there's enough to show you what John P is about.

He isnt boring and generic but honest though there is the obvious show of rapper bravado here and there but who says thats a bad thing... i like my rappers cocky..(Pause)

He's been compared to something of lupe fiasco with the bars aswell...promising eh?

Mixtape Madness Double M-Best of Both.

There are two entries one coming from across the pond another...hailing from the our very own shores to be specific North London.

First up the British act (as we created the English language). His name is Double M (the rapper and producer of the project), the mixtape is called "Best of Both." and many a track is "Fire," (Pronounced "Fiya!") not really like anything ive heard in a long long time its not a mixtape full of trapper rap and crack corner quotables but something of an introduction to Double M as someone who has an abundance of skill when wielding a mic. Theres joints with the now hated autotune that you will actually listen to and find yourself humming and then theres the cheeky punch heavy freestlyes and "Clubbish," tunes that youll find yourself saying in your head. "yeah.. he went in.."

Plus the beats are head nod heaven.

The Roots very own Questlove just dropped this on twitter, their giving away 22 of their Sandwiches(music to feet your soul) that they play live before and after breaks when they feature on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon." (An American talk show) so obviously I have to give this musical food out to share with all hungry peers and so on and so forth.

NEW SLUM VILLAGE ALBUM IN THE MIX. (The Villa Manifesto)

I almost fell off my chair and banged my head infront of a library full of people when this news came to light, Slum Village are giving us another album, "The Villa Manifesto" T3 and Elzhi (Most underated rapper alive...will eat almost anyone..yes i said it...anyone) are back at it, i couldnt be more excited im hearing there going to go with "Cloud 9" feat Marsha Amrosious as thier first single. I started thinking about a Villa Manifesto tour and allsorts...Maybe they'll even come to london..one can only hope.
As you can tell im pretty hyped up, but if your like me and have Fantastic Vol 1 and Vol 2 you know that the S.Villa are nothing but the real.

Elzhi and T3 speak on previous slum projects and the upcoming dopeness..
